These terms outline how a vehicle sale to Junk Car Buyer GA works, from quote to pickup.
Requesting a quote
By requesting a quote you confirm you have the legal right to sell the vehicle and that the year, make, model, mileage, and condition you provide are accurate. Online quotes are estimates, not guaranteed offers. A buyer may confirm or revise the number after reviewing the vehicle and paperwork.
The sale
If you accept a confirmed offer, we schedule pickup within 80 miles of Atlanta. Free towing applies to completed purchases and is never deducted from what we pay. You receive the agreed cash before we load the vehicle. We need owner authorization before towing from private property, apartments, storage lots, or similar locations, and we need proof of ownership or lawful authority to sell.
Title, registration, and odometer
This is not legal advice. Georgia generally requires a title to transfer vehicles from model year 1986 and newer. Vehicles from model year 1985 and older may often transfer with a bill of sale and photo ID. Registration alone is not a substitute for a title on vehicles that require one. If a lien exists, a lien release is required. Inherited vehicles may need probate or affidavit paperwork. Out-of-state titles must be valid and signed correctly. Verify current Georgia title laws with the Georgia Department of Revenue.
We cannot buy a vehicle that has no title and no registration. For vehicles under 10 years old, federal law requires odometer disclosure, and we record the odometer reading on the title paperwork at sale.
Changes before we load
The payout can change if the vehicle does not match the details you provided — for example missing parts, a different model year, or undisclosed damage. We will tell you before loading the car. We do not provide vehicle repair advice.
